You can use this link to follow the progress of your delivery.

All items are shipped from London, usually within 2–5 business days.

■ United Kingdom

• VAT is applied to all UK orders.

• As MARU is based in London, UK orders will not incur any duties upon delivery, as the shipment does not cross any borders.

 

■ International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

● Duties & Taxes

• Duties and taxes are not included in the final checkout price.

• All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

• Your shipment may be subject to customs duties, fees, or import taxes upon arrival.

• These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

■ Additional Information

• Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues are outside our control.

• If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be charged.

• For the safety of vintage archive items, all orders are shipped via tracked services only.

 

■ Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will assist you in accordance with the courier’s policy.
